GETTING STARTED

What should you prepare for design or renovation?

You do not need a professional plan, exact area or final style before contacting us. Prepare the following in order and leave unknowns clearly marked.

  1. Space and problem: give the country, city, use and areas to change, then describe three current problems.
  2. Existing photographs: show room connections, fixed equipment and items to retain. Photography guide
  3. Sketch and initial dimensions: mark doors and windows and note accessible measurements. Measuring guide
  4. Daily needs: explain users, important belongings, storage and activities. For commercial projects, describe staff and visitor movement.
  5. Priorities, budget and timing: distinguish essentials, optional work and retained elements. State what the budget covers. Scope and budget guide
  6. A few references: send three to five images and explain the feature you like in each.
  7. Send the initial pack: create and review a summary, then open it in WhatsApp or Telegram. For Bale, copy the text. Add photographs and your sketch in the conversation. The website does not send it automatically.

An example of a short brief

“Apartment in Tehran, kitchen approximately 12 m². Storage is limited and circulation between fridge and sink is awkward. The existing fridge must remain. We need design first; construction timing is undecided. Photos and rough dimensions attached.”

This illustrates how to write a brief; it is not a real RAFAK project.

If information is incomplete

Contact us with what you have. Do not invent dimensions or make purchases to complete the form. Initial information supports discussion; site dimensions and technical conditions must be confirmed before fabrication or orders.
